Friday, June 13th

5:00 pm – 8:00 pm Packet Pick-up & Race Info Meeting
Sun Mountain Lodge

Join us in the lobby of Sun Mountain Lodge for packet pick-up. Get your numbers, Traverse pint cups and other goodies. We’ll also have Traverse T-shirts for sale.

6:30 pm Information Meeting with Race Directors Sam and Alison Naney

Then head down the hall and join us for a beer at the Wolf Creek Bar & Grill (Kids welcome until 8pm).

Only 1 person from your team needs to come to packet pickup- but why would you want to miss out on having a good time at the Lodge with everybody else? Just make sure all teammates have signed waivers, please. Thank you. 

Saturday, June 14th

8:00 am – 11:00 am  Packet Pick-up
Pearrygin Lake State Park

We’ll be under the Northwest Traverse Tent (read above, please) at the Lake.

9:00 am – 11:00 am  Equipment Staging at Transitions

11:00 am Informational Meeting with Traverse Race Directors

12:00 pmTraverse Start – On your mark, Get SET, GO!

12:00 pm – 4:00 pm Watch the Traverse Transitions at Pearrygin Lake State Park

2:00 pm – 5:00 pm   Watch the Traverse Finishers at The Winthrop Barn

5:00 pm Party – Awards and Community Celebration – The Winthrop Barn

Bring your own chair to the finish line at Mack Lloyd Park downtown Winthrop (next to The Barn)
