Washington State Outdoor Recreation Summit
Bellingham Technical College
Bellingham, WA

Building on momentum at the state and national level we are bringing Recreation Industry Professionals – retailers, manufacturers, tourism promoters, land managers and stewardship organizations – together to explore and share ways to grow and promote Washington State’s flourishing recreation economy.

Learn first hand how REI developed their Force of Nature initiative, hear the latest research on the health benefits of nature, find new ways to expand your community’s recreation programs, get updates on the effort to bring back a statewide tourism agency, get the latest tips on telling your brand’s story and hear more about what it means to be a US based recreation manufacturer today.

In addition to speakers and panels we have built in facilitated conversations, peer sharing and intentional open space for the magic that happens when you build connections and create opportunities outside your usual circle.

Check out the developing schedule for the day.
