When do Early Bird Rates end?
We extended the date to Friday, March 6th. Get in while the gettin’s good!

What are Alliance Members and how do we join?
The Washington Outdoor Business Alliance is a program of Recreation Northwest. Join the Alliance today to become a Member and $ave.

Can we sell stuff?
You are welcome to sell product.

How large are the spaces?
Booth spaces are 10 x 10

Table spaces are 8 x 3 (with a 6 x 3 table)

Outdoor Spaces are 10 x 10

What is provided in the EXPO Hall?

Spaces will be provided with a 6′ table with dark chocolate draping unless you tell us otherwise.

Power will be supplied if requested. All signs, banners, etc need to be freestanding, please do not plan to attach anything to the walls.

When is Set-up?
More specific details to come.
You will be loading into the EXPO Hall using stairs and/or the elevator – bring wagons or carts if you have them (we will have a few on site).
Exhibitor parking is to the east of the Ferry Terminal and will be signed. Please leave the loading zone as quickly as possible.
