Feeding a hungry horde of campers after a day recreating can be challenging. If hotdogs on a stick and can of beans isn’t satisfying, consider adding Campground Jambalaya to the menu. We’ll demonstrate using a Dutch Oven to make a complete meal that feeds up to 8 people at once. You’ll leave this course understanding how to elevate your campground culinary skills and the versatility of Dutch Ovens.
This course takes place at Woodstock Farm. Parking is very limited at the farm, we offer a free round trip shuttle service departing from our Recreation Northwest office downtown Bellingham 30 minutes prior to this course. Riding a bike to Woodstock Farm is an excellent option to the shuttle.
