Your guide will lead you on a short walk around the trails in the park identifying some native plants that you may find on a stroll. While also focusing on what medicinal values & properties these plants have, and how you might prepare this at home in a salad! Bring a travel mug to wrap things up with some tea tasting using some plants found on the walk.
This course takes place at Woodstock Farm. Parking is very limited at the farm, we offer a free round trip shuttle service departing from the Recreation Northwest office downtown Bellingham 30 minutes prior to this course. Riding a bike to Woodstock Farm is also an excellent alternative to the shuttle.
