Join our guide as they lead you on a silent adventure meandering through the trails, where all of your senses will become awakened. You will be using all your senses to have a deeper connection to nature, and the world around us. This may be through a sensory card hike, a silent solo sit, or a nature journaling activity focusing on one single object. You may also use your sense of taste to forage an edible plant found on our hike!
