Description

Join our guide as they lead you on a silent adventure meandering through the trails, where all of your senses will become awakened. You will be using all your senses to have a deeper connection to nature, and the world around us.

This may be through a sensory card hike, a silent solo sit, or a nature journaling activity focusing on one single object. You may also use your sense of taste to forage an edible plant found on our hike!

This experience is part of National Park Week from April 16th-April 24th where all of our experiences will be free!

We as an organization are adhering to the latest scientific data and safety measures regarding Covid-19 in alignment with the local health department. With all this in mind, we acknowledge the benefits of getting outside in nature with respect to mental health.
