Description

Start your day with a walk in the woods right as the morning sunrises. Awaken your senses and listen to the morning songbirds, feel the wet dew on the crisp leaves, and soak up the rays of light as they break through the canopy of trees.

This guided walking nature immersion experience will teach you how to connect to nature, reconnect with ourselves and our place in the community. Learn how to use your five senses while in nature to improve your health. We will set intentions, periodically stop and soak up the environment, learn about native plants, and how to incorporate what you learn into each day.

This course takes place at Woodstock Farm.  Parking is very limited at the farm, we offer a free round trip shuttle service departing from our Recreation Northwest office downtown Bellingham 30 minutes prior to this course.  Riding a bike to Woodstock Farm is an excellent option to the shuttle.
