Our first chance of the year to come together with fellow local outdoor recreation professionals and get the bonus of a SNEAK PREVIEW of the trailer for the documentary production: Biketown.
Alliance Gatherings: Held at cool venues around the region, this is an opportunity to get together with your colleagues in outdoor recreation. Get to know each other, develop new business ideas, and just have some fun with one another. Please consider Joining the Alliance to support our work.
Invited: Outdoor recreation business owners & employees, recreation students, and anyone who loves to play outside are welcome to join us.
About Biketown: This film is under production by local media company, Port Side Productions. Biketown is a film about cooperation-what communities (Bellingham) can do when they put education, sustainable industry and recreation first. The film will tell the story behind the collaborative community effort that led to public access in perpetuity to Galbraith for outdoor recreation – specifically Mountain Biking. These efforts also won the group an award at our Great Outdoors Awards last October. (See Video below)
