May on Oakland Bay!
Join our partners at Capitol City Land Trust for a free event opportunity for the community to learn more about their local environment.
May on Oakland Bay is a family friendly event features local non-profits, agencies, community groups, and citizens coming together to learn and enjoy more about the wondrous natural resources in the Oakland Bay watershed. We will have live music, animals, tours, workshops, and more activities for the entire family to enjoy.
The event will take place at the Flying Dog Farm in Shelton, WA.

Todd Elsworth is one of the many “Mossy-haired lunatics roaming the dripping peninsulas”, described in “I’m Here for the Weather” by Tom Robbins. As executive director, he works to fulfill our mission to teach the health benefits of nature, promote outdoor recreation, and steward the places where we play.
