Going into the week of January 23rd, we worked to add some extra walls to help hold back the dirt and give more places for us to plant more native plants!!
The space behind the wall was covered in ivy that we removed. We will be replanting with native plants and lotsa mulch!!
A perspective to show how the walls work together…
With the block in place, we brought in truckloads of drain rock to put in the finishing layer on the adventure trail!!
All in a days work. Mellick working the stones into place, filling in the gaps.
On to Week Five…
